Week of May 25, 2020

Tuesday and Thursday this week with limited quantities available so get your orders in quickly. For Tuesday’s Smoked Meat, I have increased the amount of meat by 25% and there are 27 orders available. For Thursday, I will have 35 orders of the schnitzel.

Thursday – Cordon Bleu Schnitzel – Fresh pork loin from Jepson’s Fresh Meats pounded thin, stuffed with black forest ham and swiss cheese, and lightly fried. This will come with crispy dijon potatoes and sauteed green beans. Served with a traditional cucumber salad with sour cream and dill. $20/person.

Tuesday – Sandwich and Salad ($15/person)

  • Cold Smoked Meat – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. It’s then shaved thin, piled high on rye bread, and brushed with grain mustard.  Served with deli-style potato salad.
  • Chopped Salad – Chopped romaine, cucumber, carrot, celery, hearts of palm, red onion, avocado, chickpeas, and tomato tossed in a cider and garlic vinaigrette. Topped with feta and your choice of citrus grilled chicken or tofu. 

Please note the following 2 changes due to COVID-19 :

  • I will be accepting cash or e-transfer. 
  • Outdoor table side pick-up is in force.  When I see you pull up, I will put your bags on the table on the patio and you can grab them and go.
