Week of May 18, 2020

Thursday only this week and featuring version 2.0 of the Fresh Local Fried Chicken Sandwich. I apologize in advance because “the other guy’s sandwich” just won’t be the same again after, but you know me and I always like to raise the bar.

Fried Chicken Sandwich – A fresh 8oz. (that’s right – 8oz.) chicken breast from Soldaat’s Poultry, marinated for 24 hours and buttermilk fried. Served on a gourmet bun from COBS Bread in Ancaster that will be made and picked up that day. Comes with shaved lettuce, sliced pickles, and homemade buttermilk ranch. Served with my signature Caesar salad. $15/person.

Please note the following 2 changes due to COVID-19 :

  • I will be accepting cash or e-transfer. 
  • Outdoor table side pick-up is in force.  When I see you pull up, I will put your bags on the table on the patio and you can grab them and go.
