Tuesday – Sandwich Night – choice of 3 options, all served with spring mix and a roasted balsamic and sweet onion vinaigrette. $10/person
- Hot Beef – Signature smoked meat warmed in a rich beef stock, topped with a fresh horseradish and roasted onion mayo, and served on a fresh ciabatta bun toasted with garlic butter.
- Cold Smoked Meat – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. It’s then shaved thin, piled high on rye bread, and brushed with grain mustard.
- Veggie – Sauteed rapini in garlic, roasted red pepper and portobello mushrooms, and fresh chili oil served on a toasted ciabatta bun.
Thursday – Muenster Chicken – One of my favourite comfort foods growing up. Two 4 oz. chicken cutlets topped with Muenster cheese and roasted mushrooms, baked slowly in chicken stock for an hour and served with long grain rice and green beans. This may be one of the most tender, comforting, and flavourful chicken dishes you ever have. Comes with a house salad. $20/person
