Week of February 3rd

Tuesday – Smoked Meat Sandwich – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. It’s then shaved thin, piled high on rye bread, brushed with grain mustard, and served with a house salad. $10/person

Thursday – Pasta and Meatballs – Nona’s meatballs are back. All pork meatballs that are fried, simmered in San Marzano tomato sauce, and topped with freshly grated Parmesan. Served with pasta, garlic bread, and homemade chili garlic oil. Comes with a cucumber salad. $20/person
