Tuesday – Smoked Meat Sandwiches – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. Once cooled, it will be shaved thin on rye bread, brushed with grain mustard, and served with coleslaw. $10/person – only 15 available this week.
Thursday – Chicken Romano – Fresh chicken breast coated in an egg and romano cheese batter, lightly fried, and finished with a white wine and lemon broth. This will be served with Tuscan Beans sauteed with olive oil, garlic, sage, and San Marzano tomatoes. Comes with a house salad. $20/person.
