Thursday – Chimichurri Chicken and Quinoa – Tender 8 oz. chicken breast marinated in chimichurri and grilled. Served with a chopped vegetable and feta quinoa, green beans, and a spring mix salad with tossed in a roasted garlic and sweet onion vinaigrette. $20/person.
