Ready for steak season

I wanted to introduce you to the Picasso of butchers (aka Ray Jepson from Jepson’s Fresh Meats). Ray supplies me with all my beef and pork and we thought we’d go through a few cuts of steak and prepare them with some great toppers.

Ray’s knife skills and knowledge are second to none and it was amazing to see him at work. I hope you enjoy the education on cuts of beef and the recipes.
