Week of May 13th

Tuesday – Hot Smoked Beef on a bun – Slow smoked beef sliced thin and then held hot in a rich beef broth. Comes with a soft bun, pickle, and a caramelized onion and horseradish mayo. Served with spring mix dressed with a roasted sweet onion and garlic vinaigrette. $15/person

Thursday – Jerk Chicken – Boneless chicken thighs marinated in my signature jerk marinade for 24 hours, grilled, and topped with pineapple salsa. Served with black bean rice and mango slaw. Only 24 orders available so get your order in right away. $20/person
