Week of April 22nd

Tuesday and Wednesday – Smoked Meat Sandwich – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. Once cooled, it will be shaved thin, piled high on rye bread brushed with grain mustard, served with a pickle spear and your choice of coleslaw or deli style potato salad. $15/person
