Week of April 15th

Tuesday – Hot Smoked Beef on a bun – Slow smoked beef sliced thin and then held hot in a rich beef broth. Comes with a soft bun, pickle, and a caramelized onion and horseradish mayo. Served with spring mix dressed with a roasted sweet onion and garlic vinaigrette. A grilled vegetable sandwich is available for vegetarians. $15/person

Thursday – Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Topped with a roasted tomato and olive tapenade. Served with rosemary and garlic potatoes, beans, and spring mix dressed with a roasted sweet onion and garlic vinaigrette . $20/person
