Week of April 8th

Tuesday and Wednesday – Hot Smoked Beef on a bun – 2nd installment of the beef on a bun test. Slow smoked beef sliced thin and then held hot in a rich beef broth. Comes with a soft bun, homemade pickle, and a caramelized onion and horseradish mayo. Served with spring mix dressed with a roasted sweet onion and garlic vinaigrette. 30 orders are available. A grilled vegetable sandwich is available for vegetarians. $15/person

Friday – Pizza Night – You will get a 14” handmade pizza, your choice of a Greek or Caesar salad, and fresh chili oil and garlic ranch. One pizza and salad feeds 2 people. Pizzas only take 8 to 12 minutes in your oven and your 5 choices are calabrese salami, homemade Italian sausage, margherita, mushroom (brie/mushroom/truffle oil/mint), and/or veggie (mushroom/green pepper/red onion). $30/2 people
