Week of March 25th

Tuesday – Smoked Meat Sandwich – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. It’s then shaved thin, piled high on rye bread, brushed with grain mustard, and served with deli style potato salad and a pickle spear. There are a limited amount of orders so get yours in before they are gone. $10/person

Thursday and Friday – Pasta and Meatballs – Was a hit the last time so I’m bringing it back for 2 days. Served with garlic bread and cucumber salad. $20/person
