Week of March 18th

Taco Week – Braised pork shoulder, black beans, guacamole, lime crema, fresh salsa, shaved cabbage, cotija cheese and fresh cilantro served with flour tortillas and tortilla chips. Build them how you’d like – make soft tacos or taco salad, it’s up to you. I will also be including some freshly shaved jalapenos and homemade guajillo hot sauce for those who like to spice it up a little.

Due to this being a popular item the 1st time around, I will be serving the Taco Meal both Wednesday and Thursday this week.
