Week of March 4th

Tuesday – Smoked Meat Sandwich – The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. After being cooled, it will be shaved thin, piled high on rye bread brushed with grain mustard, served with deli style potato salad, and a pickle spear. There are a limited amount of orders so get yours in before they are gone. $10/person

Thursday – Pork Souvlaki – 2 citrus and herb marinated pork skewers served with rice, garlic flatbread, tzatziki, hummus, and salad. $20/person

Friday – Family Pizza Night – You will get a 14” handmade pizza, your choice of a Greek or Caesar salad, and fresh chili oil and garlic ranch. One pizza and salad feeds 2 people. Pizzas only take 8 to 10 minutes in your oven and your 6 choices are Calabrese salami, homemade Italian sausage, margherita, mushroom (brie/mushroom/truffle oil/mint), and/or veggie (mushroom/green pepper/red onion). $30/2 people
