I am pleased to announce that starting this week, I will now be sourcing all my chicken locally from Soldaat’s Poultry Inc. in Ancaster.
For Tuesday, I will be featuring a smoked meat sandwich. The brisket is cured for 5 days, smoked for 6 hours, and then steamed to perfection. After being cooled, it will be shaved thin, piled high on rye bread brushed with grain mustard, served with deli style potato salad, and a pickle spear.$10/person
