Take out week of January 21

I am excited to announce that I will be providing meals 3 days a week moving forward.

Tuesday – Quiche and spring mix salad. 2 choices for the quiche – bacon and cheddar or a vegetarian option with roasted red pepper, zucchini, mushroom, and feta $10/person

Thursday – Chicken Enchiladas baked in a guajillo ranchero, served with rice, black beans, lime crema, cabbage, guacamole, and salsa.  I can make vegetarian enchiladas for any of you out there and keto bowls for those on that meal plan. $20/person

Friday – Family Pizza Night – You will get a 14” handmade pizza and salad. One pizza and salad feeds 2 people.  Pizzas only take 8 minutes in your oven and your 5 choices are pepperoni, margherita, mushroom (brie/mushroom/truffle oil/mint), veggie (olive/green pepper/red onion), and/or rapini (rapini/anchovy/garlic). $30/2 people
